Online Ordering Service Fee
By placing an online order with Ay Caramba Mexican Restaurant, you agree to a 4.99% online-ordering service fee applied to each order.
The 4.99% online-ordering service fee supports the development, maintenance and servicing of the ordering system’s software and hardware.
Order Changes
Orders that have already been prepared can no longer be modified or changed. We may allow changes when preparation has not yet begun or when an order is scheduled for a later date. Please contact us immediately to request a change.
Order Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel an order without providing a reason. Reasons may include product unavailability, incorrect information or an error in product pricing.
We will inform you of changes to your order and provide a refund when an order is cancelled by us. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be held liable for damages resulting from the exercise of this right.
Customer Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. Order cancellation is at our sole discretion.
If your food has not yet been prepared, we will generally allow you to cancel the order and receive a refund. Once your order has been prepared, you will no longer be able to cancel it.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued at our discretion and may be partial or complete depending on the circumstances. Refunds will not be issued when a customer places the wrong order or selects the wrong item.
If you believe your order was not as advertised, please contact us so that we can help resolve the issue.
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Refunds made to a credit or debit card may take up to two weeks to process, although they will generally be completed within three to five business days.
Alcohol Service
Our premises are licensed for alcohol service. We must comply with all applicable local and state laws regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.
Alcohol will not be served to individuals who do not meet the applicable legal drinking-age requirement, individuals who appear intoxicated or individuals whom we decline to serve at our discretion.
Outside beverages and alcohol may not be brought onto the premises. We reserve the right to ask customers to leave when they behave inappropriately or fail to comply with our venue policies.

Tax
Our listed prices do not include tax. Our tax rate is 6% for applicable state and local taxes combined.
